Jessica Fuller Mohn of Fuller Brows is a Licensed Cosmetologist  and Certified Permanent Makeup Artist.  She began her 18+ year career in the Midwest and then took her skills out to the West Coast. Los Angeles was her home for 7 years. 

Fueled with the desire to continue learning, she trained with Lindsey Ta and Julie Ha at Microblade LA, in Los Angeles, CA. While at Microblade LA, she learned color theory, proper sterilization, microblade techniques, skin anatomy, and how to design the perfect brow for each individual client. 

Between her extensive microblade training in Los Angeles and working in Peoria’s top rated tattoo shop, she is confidant in providing her guests with superior sanitation while performing semi permanent cosmetic tattoos.
