studio policies
IMPORTANT FOR ALL SMITH + CO CLIENTS:
Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial!
LATENESS:
New clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. There is a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. We offer a 15 minute grace period. We CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH perfection. Exceptions will not be made. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow 72 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable and can be transferred once with your first reschedyle. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit any deposits made. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours' notice. No shows will be charge 100% of your service fee.
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of the detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We strictly do not allow people and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment. And lastly, NO CHILDREN, please.
DEPOSITS:
Some services require a deposit to book your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will then be due at the time of service.

MICROBLADING TOUCH-UPS:
Prices vary for microblading touch ups per artist. However, touch ups are imperative to achieve the most desired results for every artist. Your first touch up can be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. Touch ups are typically booked during your first visit. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a return client and you need a touch up, please book directly with your respective artist.

GRATUITIES
The practice standard for tipping for a service is 20%. You are not obliged to gratuities, however your artist will greatly appreciate any and all tips!
